“Soul of a Nation: Art In the Age of Black Power” Exhibition
Starting July 12, 2017, Soul of a Nation: Art In the Age of Black Power, opened at Tate Modern in London featuring work by Romare Bearden, and other major African American artists. The show opens in 1963 at the height of the Civil Rights movement and its dreams of integration.
